Not when done right. We use the correct pressure settings and techniques for each wood type. We've never damaged a fence or deck – that's why we're fully insured. We'll assess your wood condition first and adjust our approach accordingly.

We'll be honest with you. If the wood is rotted through or structurally unsound, reclaiming won't help. But most "dead" fences are just weathered and grey – perfect candidates for reclaiming. Send us a photo and we'll give you a straight answer.

Nope. As long as we have access to the area (unlocked gate, etc.), we can work while you're away. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done. You can inspect everything when you get home.

We focus on the reclaiming (pressure washing and prep). We have trusted partners who can handle stain and seal if you want the full protection package. We can coordinate everything for you.

We can reclaim both sides if needed. Many clients split the cost with their neighbour, or just do their side. We'll work with whatever arrangement you have. Just let us know in your quote request.

We'll reschedule. Rain during or right after reclaiming can affect results, so we'll move your appointment to the next available dry day. We'll keep you updated via text.
